Shot in the neck by Islamic Republic forces during protests in Isfahan in front of his house, in view of his family. Father of two children aged 4 and 10. His body was not returned to family and after one week was buried without family coordination in Golestan Shohada cemetery in Isfahan with a 'martyr' ceremony. Was an official employee of Isfahan University of Technology. Family was under pressure to cooperate with government narrative.
