Father of two children and a known contractor in the steel industry, attended a protest with his wife at Seh-Rah Simin in Isfahan on the evening of January 9, 2026. In the early minutes of the gathering, he was shot directly from behind with a war bullet that struck his heart. He was taken by citizens to Milad Hospital in Isfahan but died before arrival due to the severity of his injuries. He was reportedly the first protester killed at Seh-Rah Simin around 8pm, after which dozens more protesters were shot by suppressive forces at the same location. His body was handed over to his family a week later on January 15 from Bagh-e Rezvan in Isfahan and buried that night, which coincided with his birthday.
