Shot around 8:10 AM above Haft-e Howz Square on 18 Dey. People helped carry him to a building on a side street. He was still alive at that time but had a very low pulse and heavy bleeding. Emergency services had no personnel to send. The only ambulance that reached the street after one hour was not allowed entry by security forces. He died very soon after.
