نەمر محمد چگنی

Shot in the Nasser Khosrow neighborhood of Khorramabad on January 9, 2026; one bullet hit his side and another his leg. Despite heavy bleeding, he managed to reach home and was then transferred to Tamin Ejtemai Hospital in Khorramabad. Family says he was conscious and speaking during transfer but did not receive necessary medical care, and he died on January 11, 2026 after being taken off medical equipment. Authorities initially refused to hand over his body and demanded 500 million tomans for its release; the family obtained his body after protest and confrontation with intelligence and hospital security forces, and buried him at night with a Lion and Sun flag.
